The Seaside is located at the entrance to the hotel and has a modern indoor hallbright, well-furnished and a lovely, private garden cool in summer and heated in winter where you can enjoy a moment of tranquillity and taste.
Our cuisine ranges between tradition and innovationWe offer both sea and land dishes, created with first-choice local and seasonal products whenever possible. Our menu is constantly evolving and in addition to the classic we have decided to include delicacies and modernity such as pakes, buns and gourmet salads!

Our work is our passion and all we can do is prove it to you! We believe that aperitif time is serious business on holiday and here you will find: a cocktail menu with classic basic aperitifs but reworked in a modern key, a selection of gin ranging from various regions of Italy to different countries of the world, a selection of craft beers local and foreign wines, a wine cellar of local wines, all accompanied by tasty chopping boards and snackssuch as the cacio e pepe potatoes, a must for our kitchen boys!
